Hamiltons Oysters is a locally owned and family run business using fresh produce and more importantly their own harvested oysters, fresh from their farm on Wallis Lake (subject to seasonal availability or from other local estuaries at other times).
They offer a relaxed All Day Dining Experience for those long lazy lunches or dinner, and breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays and everyday during the school holidays.
Overlooking Wallis Lake in Tuncurry, they are the only venue offering all day dining and casual marina berths for your convenience – free of charge to patrons.
Our menu is not just oysters. They offer something for everyone, with children always welcome.
With an extensive drinks menu, including an ever changing tap beer selection, a wide wine selection as well as an interesting cocktail menu, serving Gabriel espresso coffee, there is always something to entice you, while enjoying the fabulous view from inside or on the deck.
