Rustica Newcastle Beach was established in 2011, and offers diners a varied menu featuring dishes from tapas, to main fare, that is typical of med-basin Mediterranean cuisine. Our chefs source local product where they can, including Port Stephens oysters, Upper Hunter lamb, and Hunter Valley verjuice.
The wine list is complementary to the menu, and some of Hunter Valley’s best drops, as well as some regional and international varieties from some lesser-known producers, provide ample selection that means everyone will find a glass or two to enjoy with friends. We also have lovely liqueurs, whiskeys, a comprehensive spirits selection, as well as some choice cocktails.
